I received a poster printed on very thin paper. Seems to be a laser printout. The packaging was flimsy and the print was damaged upon reception. However, Byron has been very helpful and provided great after sale services. I understand that they now offer prints on canvas that are of greater quality. Thanks for your emails and follow ups.
